Saturday morning water damage alert and Sue saved the day. We found wet drywall and some black mold and dirt from a leak in our plumbing.. We had no idea how to treat the emergency, but Sue and her team did. They came in less than 30 minutes, identified criteria for treatment, and gave us all peace of mind. Turns out we only needed a repair and thorough cleaning. Thank goodness for this professional team and their honesty. Would call them again anytime!

I had water damage in my house at around 12 midnight and called SERVPRO of Claremont. They got back to me within 20 minutes. I then asked them to come to my home in the morning around 8am. They arrived at my house and I instantly felt some relief. They talked me through the entire process, helped me deal with my insurance company, packed out my house, and restored it back exactly the way it was before, if not better. I would highly recommend them to anybody dealing with a home disaster.

We had water damage to our rental property and Sue was kind enough to offer to come to the property the same day I called to start drying off the place when another company wasn't able to come for 2 more days! By then, the damage would have been worse.
