From attics full of vermin to crawlspaces under the house, SERVPRO of Claremont/Montclair’s remediation technicians go where no one else will. We get to the bottom of the problem and will usually fine where the cause of loss is coming from. We gear up in our PPE (personal protective equipment) suits, put our specialty filtered masks on to prevent inhaling toxic spores and are ready to go. 

This particular home had an old pipe crack under a bedroom, where a leak began. All insulation had to be removed since it was soaked and had begun to grow mold. We sprayed our special formulated antimicrobial spray all along the affected areas to make sure mold did not grow back.
