When Water Drops Become a Moldy Problem
When we began scoping this Ontario, California home, our technicians knew something just was not right. By just the smell of the air, they could smell a very wet, musky smell. Sure enough, the culprit was a water heater leak.
All along the back side of the water heater was mold growing along the drywall from the very top all the way down to the bottom of it. After having a specialist remove the old, leaking water heater, we went in and got down to business. We removed about 3 feet of mold. We also provided reconstruction to the space where it originally stood. After it was all said and done, the entire space looked brand new. Just another day in the life of a SERVPRO technician.
