Moisture Removal in a Senior Living Facility

More than sunshine was needed when Sunrise Living Senior Homes in Claremont experienced water damage. An upstairs unit had a leak, causing further problems for the two homes right below it. This before picture shows one of the effected areas in the second bathroom, which needed to be removed. We used our special equipment to find exactly where the moisture was on the wall. Comparing both photos, the work was done professionally and right the first time. The drywall was cut evenly and the problem was removed immediately in this commercial apartment complex. The results were greatly satisfying to the customer; it was a job well done.
