From Roof Leak -> to Mold -> to Remodel! We Do It All!
After a recent rain storm, the Insured had reached out due to finding a roof leak in their Front Room. Upon our initial inspection, we had found that water had traveled down the wall and had been soaking their carpet. Unfortunately, the wall contained insulation and since the Insured took some time to notice, Mold growth had begun to form. This required SERVPRO to perform a Mold Remediation of the affected area and to dispose of the affected materials(drywall, insulation, carpet, and padding). Once completed, the customer opted into doing a full upgrade and remodel of their Front Room. Which was all completed, from A-Z, by SERVPRO of Claremont/Montclair.
